Summer Youth
Each year, hundreds of low income and at-risk youth, ages 14-21, participate in Tree Trust employment programs over the summer. Youth can:
- work with Tree Trust crews in area parks doing landscaping projects for the community
- work in area schools, libraries and non-profit agencies in clerical, custodial, day care or other service positions
Participants:
- work up to 9 weeks over the summer
- work an average of 20 hours per week
- earn $6.15/hour with a chance for raises
- earn high school credit
